What is proposed?

It generally seeks urban residential development with densities between R20 and R40, along with roads, two (2) parks, a neighbourhood centre (approx. 1.8 ha) and service commercial area (approx. 0.44 ha). The Applicant estimates the subject site could achieve a 235 residential lot/dwelling yield.

Structure Plan Map, Part One and Part Two:

The Structure Plan Map and Part One - Implementation set out the requirements that will be applied when assessing subdivision and development applications. The Map shows the general layout of zones, densities, roads and reserve(s). Part Two is the Explanatory Section setting out the background, the methodology and detailed investigations that inform its design.

Technical Appendices 1 to 9:

The Technical Reports are appendices to the application and are intended to verify the land’s suitability for development and make recommendations.
