Structure Plans are planning documents for specific areas that provide more detailed guidance for development than what is found in LPS17. They are most common in growth areas and often contain most of the detail about how a new development is going to roll out. New Structure Plans, or amendments to existing Structure Plans must go through a public consultation period. Structure Plans currently out for advertising can be found below. Anyone wishing to comment on any of the proposals may do so via the online form on or before the nominated closing date.
