What is changing? |

Motivation | The Applicant contends there were challenges with the bulk earthwork strategy for Lot No.7 and extensive retaining wall structures, poor lot orientation and inefficient internal road network. The modified Structure Plan addresses these challenges and provides an improved stormwater and drainage management regime, by better using the natural topography and fall of the land and finished levels of Barletta Vista which is being constructed as part of the subdivision approval for Lot 9002. |
