What is changing?

To zone the subject land to ‘Special Use Zone No.14’, add two (2) environmental conditions and introduce two (2) precincts into the zone’s conditions. The two (2) precincts are to apply tighter development controls on the smaller 'Urban Deferred' zoned area (Precinct 2), compared to the ‘Urban’ zoned area (Precinct 1).

Motivation

To apply a local zone to the subject land that complies with the ‘Urban’ and ‘Urban Deferred’ zones installed by approved Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) Amendment No.1366/57.
