The document that controls what you can and can't do on your property is known as Local Planning Scheme 17. From time to time, changes are proposed to update the document but must go through a public advertising period. You can view any proposed changes to LPS17 below and anyone wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so via the online form on or before the nominated closing date.

Alternatively written submissions can be posted or emailed and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Swan and must quote the relevant reference number.
