What is changing?

To modify the scheme text and map entries for ‘Additional Use No.13’ and ‘Restricted Use No.15’ as they apply to Lot 812 (No.55) Vale Road, Hazelmere. Advice

What this proposal is considering is the merits of allowing ‘Transport Depot’ on the subject site, where currently it must be refused. The specifics of its operation and layout are not being finalised now; rather this will be the subject of a future development application, which would need to be lodged and assessed if this scheme amendment is ultimately approved.
