In accordance with section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995, an application seeking to temporarily close Gladstone Avenue (Lot 12420 Brooklands Drive), Henley Brook has been requested by Rob Carr Pty Ltd.

The proposed temporary closure is proposed for a period of 3.5 months commencing June 24, 2025 to allow for the construction of the Water Corporation ND375 Collection Sewer.

This is a 24/7 closure and no detour is required.
