What is proposed? | The Proposed Amendment seeks to establish a local center on the south-western corner of the subject land, consistent with the definition set out in State Planning Policy 4.2 – Activity Centres, via the amendment of existing ‘Residential’ zoned land to the ‘General Commercial’ zone within the Structure Plan. The anticipated concept includes 1,125m² of supermarket space, 325m² of provided food and beverage and speciality services spaces and associated parking bays. |

The Structure Plan Map shows the general layout of zones, densities, roads and reserve(s).
