What is proposed?

The Proposed Amendment seeks to establish a local center on the south-western corner of the subject land, consistent with the definition set out in State Planning Policy 4.2 – Activity Centres, via the amendment of existing ‘Residential’ zoned land to the ‘General Commercial’ zone within the Structure Plan. The anticipated concept includes 1,125m² of supermarket space, 325m² of provided food and beverage and speciality services spaces and associated parking bays.

Structure Plan Map, Part One and Part Two:

Part One and the Structure Plan Map set out the requirements that will be applied when assessing subdivision and development applications. The Structure Plan Map shows the general layout of zones, densities, roads and reserve(s). Part Two is the explanatory section setting out the background, the methodology and detailed investigations that inform its design.

Technical Appendices:

The Technical Reports are appendices to the application and are intended to verify the land’s suitability for development and make recommendations.
