The permanent closure of portion of Henley Street, Henley Brook is requested by the City to reduce it’s maintenance costs and provide more developable land. The road is to be closed for amalgamation into adjoining property, Lot 177 on DP424226 held within Certificate of Title 4032/781 and owned in freehold by the City of Swan.
