The City has received an application for a development (carport) at Lot 2848 (No.34) Halcyon Crescent, AVELEY WA 6069. The development entails a 5900mm x 5000mm (29.5 m²) carport at 2200mm wall height (flat roof structure).

The development does not meet the deemed to comply requirements as per the 2024 Residential Codes (R-Codes). See table below:
