The City has received a planning application for a Home Business at Lot 15 (No. 36) Chatham Road, WOODBRIDGE.

The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential with a density code of R20/50 under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.

The land use is ‘D’ discretionary with the ‘Residential Zone’ and requires planning approval.

The proposal consists of the following particulars:

• A hair dressing salon to be located within the existing dwelling
• Proposed operating hours of business are:
  • Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • Occasional Saturday mornings
• The Home Business proposes up to an additional 6 cars per day.
