The City has received an application to amend condition DA-90/2016 for an existing Child Care Centre at Lot 4876 (No. 300) The Broadway, Ellenbrook. The condition to be amended relates to the occupancy of the Child Care Centre.

Details of the application are as follows:

• The applicant proposes to increase the number of children from 80 to 87 and employees from 12 to 18
• This increase creates a parking shortfall of 7 bays: 29 bays are required where 22 are provided
• A Transport Impact Statement has been submitted addressing the parking shortfall in relation to the site’s operation.

The City is seeking comments or concerns relating to the parking shortfall and the increased occupancy.
