The City has received an application for the proposed storage of up to 20 cars available for sale or lease at 323 Henley Street, Henley Brook. Customer visits will occur by appointment only, with the landowner anticipating between one and five visits per month.
Proposed operating hours:
Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm
Vehicular access: Via the existing Henley Street crossover, with an alternative gated access at the rear boundary from Brooklands Drive.
Proposed works include:
- A 20m × 50m hardstand with 20 individually numbered vehicle bays.
- Hardstand constructed from crushed gravel or cracker dust over a compacted base.
- Hardstand area enclosed with a 1.8m high green PVC-coated wire mesh fence
- Setback of 5m from Brooklands Drive.
- Retention of existing vegetation along the property boundaries.
