The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant seeks approval for an existing, additional vehicle crossover (driveway) and parking of a commercial vehicle at Lot 259 (No.24) Vintage Lane, The Vines.

The application proposes:

- Existing 4.3m width driveway to the north-east of the property

- Constructed with Ferricrete gravel/red gravel driveway –

- Commercial Vehicle Parking of a light commercial vehicle with a 7500kg GMV

- Vehicle movements Monday to Friday only, departing the property 5:30am & returning 6pm

- Vehicle to be parked 25m from the road

- No vehicle maintenance occurring onsite
