This application seeks approval for the establishment of a display village, including an associated sales office and the construction of temporary car parks. Approval is sought for the following:

  • The use of Lots 242–254 and 227–228 for display homes;
  • One (1) sales office use;
  • One (1) temporary sales office car park; and
  • One (1) temporary display village car park.


The proposal involves the development of a display village across Lots 242–254 and 227–228, with temporary access provided from Apple Street and via the approved road reserves under Subdivision Approval WAPC Ref: 200511.


A sales office is proposed to be located on Lot 242, which will be constructed as a residential dwelling and temporarily used for sales purposes. Once the broader estate development is completed, the dwelling will revert to use as a single house, consistent with the approved Structure Plan.


The construction of individual display homes will be subject to separate building and/or planning approvals, with this application limited to seeking approval for their temporary use as display homes and for the associated sales office activities.


The sales office will be supported by a temporary car park on Lot 243, while an additional temporary display village car park is proposed on the Balance of Title of Lot 2 to accommodate visitor parking for the display homes.


The signage and landscaping shown on the submitted Development Site Plan will be subject to separate approval.
