The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

The applicant is seeking variations to specific provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) as outlined below:

5.1.3 Lot boundary setbacks: In accordance with Table B, a minimum lot boundary setback of 7.5m is required for lots designated with an R2.5 density code. The above-mentioned application proposes a lot boundary setback of 3m.
