Proposed Change of Use - Archery Club, commercial vehicle parking and greenhouse
The City has received an application for the establishment of a traditional Bhutanese archery range, parking of two commercial vehicles, and a greenhouse at Lot 54 (No.1953) Toodyay Road, GIDGEGANNUP.
The proposed operation for the development will typically be as follows:
- Winter Season: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 7 days per week.
- Summer Season: 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 7 days per week.
The proposed development includes a total of 16 on-site car parking bays and a new crossover at the south-west corner of the subject site.
