The City has received a development application for a proposed ‘Use Not Listed’ “Temporary Residential Sales Office” at Lot 9009 Eveline Road, Viveash. The land use of a “Temporary Residential Sales Office” is a ‘Use Not Listed’ in accordance with Clause 4.4.2 of the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No.17.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- “Temporary Residential Sales Office” and associated carparking proposed across two (2) future residential lots which have prior subdivision approval and are yet to be titled;
- Temporary approval is sought for a period of three (3) years from occupation for the development;
- Proposed Lot 121 will be used for an asphalt carpark in association with the Residential Sales Office on the adjoining site with six (6) carparks, a crossover and landscaping;
- Lot 122 will be used for the Residential Sales Office and following the three (3) year period as applied for (unless otherwise approved) will be used as a “Single House”;
- The hours of operation will be between 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday;
- No signage is proposed as part of this application.
