The City has received a planning application for an additional accessway at Lot 798 (No. 122) Broadmeadows Drive, BUSHMEAD.
The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Special Use Zone 14 with a density code of R25 under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- A second accessway from Broadmeadows Drive to the lot.
- Accessway will be brick paved, 3m wide and 6.5m from street corner.
Prior to the determination of application, the City wishes to formally invite you to provide a submission on this proposal.
