The City has received an application for a 25,000L, 2.6m high existing water tank at Lot 129 (No.51) Gibbard Place, Bullsbrook.
In accordance with the City’s POL-TP-126 Building and Development Standards – Rural Zones, there is a variation to:
- The minimum setback of 4m in lieu of 20m for the Rural Residential zone.
The City has discretion to approve variations but seeks neighbour feedback as part of the assessment process.
