The City has received a development application for a proposed Grouped Dwelling (1) on Lot 1158 (No.22) Small Street, BEECHBORO WA 6063. The applicant is proposing an as-of-right variation to the visual privacy setbacks on the north boundary.
The details of the proposed development are as follows:
Site Area: 683m2 (proposed lot 241m2 R50)
- Area: 163.61m2
- Wall height: 2.657
- Roof height (overall height): 5.1m
The as-of-right variation is:
Living room major opening above 0.5m from NGL:
0.6m from the Northern neighbour in lieu of 6m
(as seen on the associated site plans).
