The City has received a Development Application for an existing dome structure that proposes a variation to the ‘secondary street setback’ provisions of POL-TP-124 – Building and Development Standards (Industrial Zones) at Midland Service Panels, Lot 1 (No. 1–3), Bushby Street, BELLEVUE.


The lot is zoned ‘Industrial’ under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and ‘General Industrial’ under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No.17 (LPS17).


The application seeks approval for an existing dome structure measuring 12m in length and 8m in width, with a wall height of 6.5m.


The dome structure proposes the following variation to the secondary street setback:

  • Nil setback provided in lieu of the required 3m secondary street setback.


The City of Swan is seeking comments from adjoining landowners regarding the proposed variation prior to determining the application.
