The City has received a development application for a proposed ‘outbuilding’ located in the rear of Lot 1 (No.21B) Betterton Road CAVERSHAM WA 6055. The applicant is proposing an as-of right variation to the aggregate area of sheds on the property, wall height and roof ridge height.
