The City has received a development application for a proposed ‘Use Not Listed’ “Temporary Display Home” at Lot 202 (No.39) Cranwood Crescent, Viveash. The land use of a “Temporary Display Home” is a ‘Use Not Listed’ in accordance with Clause 4.4.2 of the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No.17. Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Temporary Display Home, three (3) associated visitor parking bays, and signage;
- Temporary approval is sought for a period of three (3) years from occupation of the development;
- The lot will be used for the temporary display home, and following the three (3) year period as applied for (unless otherwise approved) will be used as a “Single House”;
- The proposed hours of operation are between 12pm to 5pm Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday;
- The dwelling has been designed in accordance with the Residential Design Codes and associated Local Development Plan.
Development plans and supporting information have been provided.
