The City has received a proposed Local Development Plan affecting Lot 9504 Cranwood Crescent, Viveash. A subdivision creating residential lots has recently been approved, but the new lots have not yet been created.
The Local Development Plan addresses the following:
- Built form controls for development including setbacks, open space, building orientation;
- Vehicle access and designated garage locations for specific lots;
- Tree retention;
- Noise Management Requirements as per State Planning Policy 5.1 – Land Use Planning in the Vicinity of Perth Airport.
Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
If you have any concerns or objection to the proposal, please provide your comments to the City within the time specified for consideration.
