The City of Swan, with the support of the State and Federal Government, is planning to deliver a new community centre in Ellenbrook.

Situated at the Ellenbrook District Open Space - North, Cashman Avenue Ellenbrook.

The Hub will be a shared use building for local clubs and organisations, where complimentary programs and activities will enable a thriving and activated space for all.

Local clubs, community groups and residents from the Ellenbrook area were invited to express interest in the facility via an expression of interest process to inform the design.

A community information session held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 saw 19 of the 87 invited clubs from the Ellenbrook area attend for the presentation of spatial designs for the proposed new hub at Cashman Avenue, Ellenbrook. Following this session, local clubs and interested parties were asked to have their say on the spatial designs.

Developed plans were presented to community at an information session on Thursday June 13, 2024, we received great feedback from the community in the session, the presentation is avaliable for viewing below.

Feedback on this project has now closed. We want to thank everyone who participated. Your input is invaluable as we move forward with this exciting project.
