The City has received a proposed Local Development Plan affecting Lot 9504 Cranwood Crescent, Viveash. A subdivision creating residential lots has recently been approved, but the new lots have not yet been created.
The Local Development Plan addresses the following:
- Built form controls for development including setbacks, open space, building orientation;
- Vehicle access for lots;
- Noise Management Requirements as per State Planning Policy 5.1 – Land Use Planning in the Vicinity of Perth Airport.
- Building Setbacks to ensure development is not sited within a Bushfire Attack Level area which exceeds BAL-29 as per State Planning Policy 3.7 - Bushfire.
If you have any concerns or objection to the proposal, please provide your comments to the City within the time specified for consideration.
