The City has received a proposed Local Development Plan affecting Lot 9009 Eveline Road, Viveash. A subdivision creating residential lots has recently been approved, but the new lots have not yet been created.

The Local Development Plan addresses the following:

  • Built form controls for development including setbacks, open space, building orientation
  • Vehicle access and designated garage locations for specific lots
  • Tree retention
  • Noise Management Requirements as per State Planning Policy 5.1 – Land Use Planning in the Vicinity of Perth Airport.
