The City of Swan is preparing the Malaga Local Area Plan (LAP) and wants to hear the community's vision and aspirations over the next five years.

LAPs allow local communities to identify local issues through consultation and assist the City to develop high-level strategic priorities to address these issues.

The consultation will be open from February 3 until March 16, 2025.

Malaga business owners and community members can attend one of our events where you can hear about Home Fire Studio (Perth Film Studio), the new Ballajura train station and its residential/commercial precinct, and much more. To date events that have already occured include: A business breakfast, community drop in at Malaga Markets and a business workshop (Creating with Canva).
