The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential Development with a density code of R25 under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17. The use is listed as an ‘A’ use under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17, which means the application will be advertised to nearby Owners and Occupiers who may be impacted by the proposal.
The proposal consists of the following particulars:
- Unhosted Short-term rental accommodation, which involves the temporary occupation of a dwelling by visitors for short stays. The dwelling will be rented to guests in its entirety, the host will not be present during the stay.
