The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant is seeking Development Approval for a grouped dwelling at Lot 32(A) Ferguson Street, MIDVALE.
The proposed grouped dwelling will be located on the rear battleaxe lot, proposing a floor area of 175.13m2. The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes 5.1.3 Lot Boundary setbacks in the following manner:
- A 13.290m boundary wall, in lieu of 9m.
