The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant is seeking Development Approval for an Ancillary Dwelling at Lot 28 (No.7) Ashby Terrace, VIVEASH.

The proposed Ancillary Dwelling will be located at the rear of the property, 2.0m from the Northern boundary, and 200mm from the Western Boundary. The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks in the following manner:

  • A 12.060m boundary wall, in lieu of 10m.
