The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration. The applicant is seeking Development Approval for a Shed, Extension to the Existing Dwelling and Relocation of the Carport.
The proposed extension to the existing dwelling will sit 1.2m away from the side lot boundary. The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks in the following manner:
- An extension to the existing single dwelling setback 1.2m from the side lot boundary in lieu of 1.5m.
