The City has received an application for a 9m x 6m (54 m²), 3.6m high shed at Lot 260 (No.47) Pendula Loop, Brigadoon.
The applicant is seeking approval for a reduced setback than what is permitted “as of right” under the City’s Building and Development Standards - Rural Zones policy (POL-126)
The proposal includes the following departures:
- Proposed shed to be located partially outside the approved building envelope.
- Setback of 13.5m from eastern boundary in lieu of the 20m minimum setback required
The City has discretion to approve variations of this nature but seeks neighbour feedback as part of the assessment process.
