The City has received a planning application for an access ramp at the City of Swan Operations Centre, Lot 53 Great Northern Highway, MIDDLE SWAN.

The lot is zoned Urban under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential Redevelopment under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.17.

The proposal consists of the following particulars (if relevant):

  • A 4.34m long, 1.2m wide ramp located within the Operations Centre
  • Removal of the existing bitumen built up ramp and handrail from the site.
    • Submissions ending 2 May 2025.
