The City has received a development application for a proposed Grouped Dwelling (1) on Lot 1101 No.3 Olenek Place BEECHBORO WA 6063. The applicant is proposing an as-of-right variation to the visual privacy setbacks on the north boundary. The details of the proposed development are as follows:
Site Area: 700m2 (proposed lot 265m2 R35)
Area: 159.3m2
Wall height: 2.8m – 4.2m
Roof height (overall height): 5.8m

1.3m from the Northern neighbour in lieu of 6m
3.7m from the Eastern neighbour in lieu of 6m
