Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Area: 20.099m x 12.198m = 245.2m2
- Wall height: 3.82m
- Roof height: 5.673m
The purpose of the proposed structure is to secure the garaging of work vehicles belonging to the owner of the property.
The City is seeking comments from the neighbouring properties regarding the proposed development being outside the building envelope and having a setback of 6m in lieu of 15m from the eastern boundary.
