The applicant is seeking Development Approval for a front fence and sliding gate at Lot 352 (No. 99) Palfrey Street, BRABHAM.
The proposed fence will site 1.5m above the natural ground level with horizontal slats inserted 50mm apart. The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes 5.2.5 Sightlines and Street Setback and Front Fences of POL-LP-11 R-MD Codes in the following manner:
- A fence 1.5m above the natural ground level in lieu of 900mm
- No truncation or reduction of the fence to no higher than 0.75m within 1.5m of where the driveway intersects the public street.
