The City has received a development application for the parking of commercial vehicles at Lot 265 (No.95) Pendula Loop BRIGADOON. The details of the proposal are as follows:
- The parking of three (3) trucks & trailers, four (4) excavators, two (2) loaders, two (2) rollers and two (2) tracked rollers;
- Earliest vehicle movements will occur at 7:00am and latest vehicle movement will occur at 6:00pm between Monday – Friday;
- With the exception of three (3) trucks and trailers, the remainder of the equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers and tracked loaders) will typically only be parked for a duration of 4-5 hours every few months;
- The commercial vehicles and trailers will be parked in the areas shown on the provided plan;
- Trucks will enter and exit the property via the existing driveway onto Pendula Loop;
- The commercial vehicles will be operated by persons employed by the proprietors of Lot 265 (No.95) Pendula Loop, Brigadoon.
Please be advised this is a retrospective application for existing unauthorised commercial vehicle parking at Lot 265 (No.95) Pendula Loop, Brigadoon which has been undertaken prior to obtaining approval from the City of Swan.
