The City has received a development application for the construction of a ‘Grouped Dwelling’ and includes associated bushfire mitigation measures at Lot 9000 (No. 42), Joshua Mews, Baskerville. The details of the proposal are as follows:

  • Proposed dwelling with a total area of 400.78m2
  • Two storey with maximum wall height of 5.49m and pitched roof up to 6.75m
  • There is an existing approval for two other dwellings on the site making this proposed dwelling the 3rd on the site.

The proposed dwelling is located outside the properties designated building envelope and has the following setbacks from lot boundaries:

  • 142.95m from Joshua Mews
  • 115m from the southern boundary
  • 9.5m from the northern boundary; and
  • 14m from the rear boundary
