The City has received an application to build a shed and two water tanks at Lot 79 (No.38) Boulonnais Drive, Brigadoon.

In accordance with the City’s POL-TP-126 Building and Development Standards – Rural Zones, the proposal includes two variations from the standard requirements:

• The shed would be set back 14.8 m from the south-west boundary, in lieu of the recommended 20 m.
• The shed would be set back 13.5 m from the rear boundary, in lieu of the recommended 30 m.
