The application proposes:
- Additional Land Use (Rural Pursuit) and associated development including shed,sea containers and water tank.
- Commercial Vechicle Parking of 19m, 42.5T prime mover (semi truck & trailer)
- Vehicle to be parked within proposed 400 m² shed within the lot’s building envelope
- Vehicle movement 7am – 6pm
- No vehicle maintenance occurring onsite
