The development entails:
- 16.9 x 10m (169 m²) dwelling at the rear of the property, in addition to the existing dwelling at the front of the lot
- 2.4m wall height, 3m roof height
- Setback 110m from front, 1m from side (north), 12m from side (south), 33m from rear
- Major openings facing south, east and west.
- Proposed water tank on western side of development
