The application proposes to convert an existing shed into a dwelling at Lot 6 (No.1303) Railway Parade, Bullsbrook.

The development entails:

  • 16.9 x 10m (169 m²) dwelling at the rear of the property, in addition to the existing dwelling at the front of the lot
  • 2.4m wall height, 3m roof height
  • Setback 110m from front, 1m from side (north), 12m from side (south), 33m from rear
  • Major openings facing south, east and west.
  • Proposed water tank on western side of development
