The City has received a development application for additions to the existing 'Place of Worship' at Lot 597 (No. 10) Cheltenham Street, Bennett Springs.
The proposal includes:
- A proposed main entry gate with a height of 8.93m
- Metal domes on the main building roof, comprising four domes (each 4m in diameter and 5m in height) and one central dome (7m in diameter and 8m in height)
- Verandah 1 with an area of 171.24m²
- Verandah 2 with an area of 237.49m²
- An extension to the existing kitchen by 85.3m²
- A kitchen wash area with an area of 118.06m².
