The City has received a development approval application for a single house at 177 Connemara Drive BRIGADOON WA 6069. The application also proposes amending the existing building envelope.
The details of the proposal are as follows:
•Application seeks to remove native vegetation in order to establish a 1729.6m2 building envelope in accordance with the provisions of ‘ODP-147 – Brigadoon Structure Plan’.
•The proposed development seeks a variation to the setback requirements of ‘OPD-147 –Brigadoon Structure Plan’. Specifically, the proposed clearing and building envelope will be setback 21.5m from common property boundaries in lieu of the required 30m.
•Once established, it is anticipated that any future development at Lot 317 (No.216) Botanic Loop will be located within the building envelope area shown on the enclosed plans.
Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
