An application has been lodged with the City of Swan for a Patio at Lot 10135 (No.6) Everingham Drive, Ellenbrook.

The proposed patio has a setback of 500mm from the eastern boundary. As per the RCodes (Part B), the deemed to comply setback is 1m.

The City has discretion to approve variations but seeks neighbour feedback as part of the assessment process.
