  • The proposed shed is 25.5m² in area, located at the south-east portion of the property.

The proposed development seeks the following variation to the Residential Design Codes:

RDC (2024) Part B Clause 5.4.3 Outbuildings

  • South lot boundary setback of 0.5m, in lieu of 1m minimum
  • South-east lot boundary setback of 0.5m, in lieu of 1m minimum
  • Wall height of 3m, in lieu of 2.4m maximum
