The City of Swan has received a planning application for Lot 50 (No. 21) Hayes Court, Gidgegannup for a proposed shed extension. The Lot is zoned Rural Residential in accordance with the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17.
The shed extension will measure 11.12 metres in length by 11.12 metres in width with a height of 5.95 metres. The shed will be finished in Colorbond ‘Wallaby’.
The shed is proposed outside the building envelope and will be located 50 metres from the southwestern boundary and 28 metres from the northwestern boundary
(adjacent to 23 Hayes Court, Gidgegannup).
The proposal is being considered in accordance with the provisions of the City’s Local Planning Policy POL-TP-126 Building and Development Standards - Rural Zones and POL-C-080 Building Envelopes. We’re seeking feedback in relation to the proposal from affected landowners.
