The City has received an application seeking approval of a grouped dwelling application on Lot 625 Unit 13/ 77 Hermitage Drive, The Vines.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The proposed grouped dwelling be a two-storey dwelling with a maximum height of 8.5m above the natural ground level.

- The proposed second storey is setback 1m from the Northeast boundary in lieu of the required 1.5m
- The proposed second storey is setback 1.32m from the Southwest boundary in lieu of the required 1.5m.
- The proposed second storey is setback 1.15m from the Northwest boundary in lieu of the required 1.5m.

- The proposed second balcony is setback 1.32m from the Southwest boundary in lieu of the required 7.5m.
LDP-1/2015: Provision 3.1 Building Setback
- The proposed second storey is setback 1.9m from the primary street boundary in lieu of the required 2m.
