The City has received an application to use Lots 14 and 15 Stirling Crescent, Hazelmere for the purposes of a ‘Data Centre’. The details of the proposal are as follows:
- Construction of a three-story facility with a total height of 23.5m
- The proposal includes a floor area of 14,883m2
- Three crossovers, two located on the northwestern side of the development and acting as the primary access and egress point, and the third crossover located at the southwestern side functioning as an emergency exit
- A 2.4m high Black Galvanised Steel fence, with a powder coated finish running the perimeter of the site
- 41 vehicle parking bays, inclusive of 2 ACROD bays and
- 2 bicycle bays
- No works are proposed within the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Site
Prior to Council giving consideration to the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are sought.
